1. Copyright Ownership

2. Client Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the images.

This includes:

  • Commercial use
  • Marketing and advertising
  • Social media
  • Website and promotional materials

There are no time limits or usage restrictions.


3. Gingersnap Usage Rights

Gingersnap Food Photography retains the unrestricted right to:

  • Use all images for marketing and promotion
  • Display images on websites, portfolios, and social media
  • Submit work for awards, publications, or competitions

4. Unauthorised Use

Unauthorised use of any images is strictly prohibited.

This includes:

  • Use by third parties without permission
  • Downloading, copying, or reproducing website images
  • Use by competitors or other businesses without licence

Any unauthorised use may result in:

  • Immediate removal requests
  • Retrospective licensing fees
  • Legal action where necessary

5. Third-Party Use

Images may not be:

  • Sold or sublicensed to third parties
  • Shared with external businesses without permission

unless agreed in writing.


6. Image Alteration

Clients may use images freely; however:

  • Gingersnap Food Photography is not responsible for any alterations made by third parties
  • Altered images must not misrepresent the original work

7. Website Content Protection

All content on this website, including:

  • Images
  • Text
  • Branding

is protected by copyright law.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.


8. Enforcement

Gingersnap Food Photography actively monitors the use of its images.

Any infringement may result in:

  • Licensing fees being applied
  • Legal enforcement action
