This policy governs the use of all images and content created by Gingersnap Food Photography.<\/p>

1. Copyright Ownership<\/h2>

All photographs, images, and visual content created by Gingersnap Food Photography remain the intellectual property and copyright of Gingersnap Food Photography at all times<\/strong>, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.<\/p>

2. Client Usage Rights<\/h2>

Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence<\/strong> to use the images.<\/p>

This includes:<\/p>

  • Commercial use<\/li>
  • Marketing and advertising<\/li>
  • Social media<\/li>
  • Website and promotional materials<\/li><\/ul>

    There are no time limits or usage restrictions<\/strong>.<\/p>

    3. Gingersnap Usage Rights<\/h2>

    Gingersnap Food Photography retains the unrestricted right to:<\/p>

    • Use all images for marketing and promotion<\/li>
    • Display images on websites, portfolios, and social media<\/li>
    • Submit work for awards, publications, or competitions<\/li><\/ul>

      4. Unauthorised Use<\/h2>

      Unauthorised use of any images is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

      This includes:<\/p>

      • Use by third parties without permission<\/li>
      • Downloading, copying, or reproducing website images<\/li>
      • Use by competitors or other businesses without licence<\/li><\/ul>

        Any unauthorised use may result in:<\/p>

        • Immediate removal requests<\/li>
        • Retrospective licensing fees<\/li>
        • Legal action where necessary<\/li><\/ul>

          5. Third-Party Use<\/h2>

          Images may not be:<\/p>

              • Branding<\/li><\/ul>
